Refund policy
We hope that you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for store credit within 14 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email jensensjammies@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is accepted, a prepaid label will be emailed to you. There will be a flat $6 return shipping fee deducted from your store credit amount.
Returns are processed within 2 weeks of receiving your package. Once the item has been inspected and approved, you will be notified via email with your store credit.
International Returns (from outside the US): Customer will be responsible for the return fees.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email jensensjammies@gmail.com with order number and picture of defect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sales
Sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.
