Shipping policy
Once an order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email. A separate email will be sent once a shipping label is created. Please note, this does not mean your order has shipped, but rather we are preparing your order. We do our absolute best to get orders out before the allotted 2-5 business days, however, this is a small, one-woman show who takes pride in providing the best products and customer service!
Jensen’s Jammies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping issues that may occur. By purchasing from Jensen’s Jammies, you agree that we are not responsible for your package once it is in the possession of the USPS and they have scanned the package.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If your package is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee. If you decide to cancel or change your shipping address, please email us at jensensjammies@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
